NXT LVL Return & Refund Policy

At NXT LVL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Because most of our products are limited–edition and made in small batches, all sales are final except in the following cases:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We are notified within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Customer must provide photos/videos of the issue.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items on sale

  • Free gifts or giveaway items

Refunds

If approved, refunds are:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Issued within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once the order is shipped, any delays, loss, or theft caused by the courier are not the responsibility of NXT LVL.


We will assist you with filing a claim with the courier.
